Thank you, Ambassador - and welcome to Italy! Over three postings in Commonwealth countries (my last as a High Commissioner), I have learnt much about what a special and valuable community the Commonwealth is. It is deserving that it be recognised. Happy Commonwealth Day to us all!

I am very happy to be able to celebrate this day, and to be a part of the Commmonwealth while representing St. Vincent and Granadine. In such a difficult moment for humanity, as our Queen says, stay in virtual touch!
